Using a dye sublimation print process, each mug is printed on demand with a crisp and vibrant edge-to-edge image and finished with a protective polished ceramic glaze.
Our ceramic photo mugs are extremely durable and both scratch and chip resistant.

Our team of artists are hard at work turning your pet into a work of art. Most orders ship between 2-3 days!

How long will it take to receive it?
UK: We estimate orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 3 weeks.
USA, Canada, AU & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 4 weeks.
What are the sizes of portraits with frames?
Our frame mouldings on black or white frames are 1 inch. Dimensions are:

What are your posters and framed portraits made of?
Pepe Print's pet portraits are expertly printed on museum-quality giclée Epson matte paper that will give your art a polished and professional look. We use plexiglass since it is a much stronger and safer alternative than glass and other plastics. Plexiglass is also much more durable and shatter-resistant.
The matte finish semi-hardwood frames are made from renewable forests and come with hanging hardware so you don't waste any time hanging your masterpiece on the wall. We have Alder, semi-hardwood frames with that is lightweight & easy to hang
Can you add or remove accessories to my pet?
We are unable to add any accessories that are not included in the original photo. All accessories such as leash, collar, and harness, will be INCLUDED from your portrait. Leave a note during checkout only if you would like to REMOVE an accessory in the final portrait.
How many pets can I have in one portrait and what types of pets do you illustrate?
You can have a maximum of three pets per portrait. We love all pets and can illustrate any of them from fish to pups!
